Union FC Indy is thrilled to welcome Rachel Fulkerson to our staff! Rachel comes to us with an impressive background, most recently serving as Associate Head Coach at IU Indy. Her collegiate coaching experience and player development expertise make her a valuable addition to our club as we continue to grow both on and off the field. This spring, Rachel is supporting our Advanced Technical Performance (ATP) Program, a key initiative for our Academy players designed to focus on the individual in the form of small-sided skills stations. Looking ahead to next season, Rachel will take over coaching responsibilities for our 2010 Girls team. We’re confident she’ll be a phenomenal leader and mentor for these athletes, bringing a competitive edge and a deep understanding of the game. In addition, Rachel will serve as College Recruiting Coordinator, a critical role for our players who are aspiring to compete at the collegiate level. With her firsthand knowledge of the recruiting landscape, she’ll guide players and families through the process—from exposure opportunities to communication strategies and everything in between.
